has a pair of IZOD Men's Comfort Stretch Blue Jeans in 38x32. These measure just over 17" across the waist and 31" on the inseam. These fit like 35x31. These do stretch a bit as well, so if you are a 36 these should do the trick but if you are a 38 we suggest not buying these since they measure smaller.
